All estimates provided by Norco Deck & Fence are free and non-binding until formalized in a written contract signed by both parties. Written contracts will specify the full scope of work, total price, payment schedule, and estimated timeline. Any changes to the scope of work after contract execution must be agreed to in writing via a change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect price and timeline.

If you wish to cancel a signed contract, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or refunds, will be set forth in your individual contract. In general, costs incurred prior to cancellation - including materials ordered and permits submitted on your behalf - may not be refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule or pause work due to unsafe conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly in such cases and work with you to resume as soon as practical.
Payment terms are specified in each individual written contract. Typical contracts include a deposit due at signing, one or more progress payments tied to project milestones, and a final payment due upon completion. The exact payment schedule will be stated in your contract.
Payments are due on the dates or at the milestones stated in your contract. Late payments may result in a pause in work until the outstanding balance is resolved. We reserve the right to charge interest on balances that remain unpaid beyond the terms specified in your contract.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract. Full payment of the final invoice is required before the project is considered closed and final documentation is transferred.
Where required by local building codes, Norco Deck & Fence will apply for necessary building permits on behalf of the client. Permit fees are typically included in the project contract price or itemized separately. The client is responsible for providing accurate property information needed for permit applications.
We build to code and submit all required inspections. However, permit approval timelines are controlled by the local building authority and are outside our control. Delays in permit approval may affect project start dates and are not grounds for cancellation without penalty unless stated otherwise in your contract.
Norco Deck & Fence warrants that work performed under a signed contract will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific labor warranty terms will be stated in your individual contract.
Material warranties (including warranties on composite decking, fasteners, or other manufactured products) are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their individual terms and conditions. We will assist you in understanding and registering applicable manufacturer warranties where required.
This Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information on this Site for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Norco Deck & Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or from services performed under any contract, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed under a contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under that contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
If a dispute arises between you and Norco Deck & Fence related to services provided or these Terms and Conditions, we encourage you to contact us first at the information below to try to resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, or in the courts of Riverside County, California, as applicable. You agree to waive any right to a class action proceeding against Norco Deck & Fence.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Riverside County, California.
