Norco Deck & Fence started in 2016 with a straightforward goal: give Norco homeowners a deck and fence contractor who actually understands their property. Norco is not like other cities in the Inland Empire. The lots are larger, most homes sit alongside corrals, barns, and tack rooms, and the equestrian character of the community means contractors from outside the area often show up unprepared.
We built our business in Horsetown USA, which means we have designed decks around corrals, installed fencing that accounts for trail access, and worked on properties where the grade and soil conditions require more planning than a standard suburban job. We have worked near Ingalls Park, on the ranch-style lots on the east side of town, and in the newer subdivisions on the west end. Every Norco property has its own layout, and we take the time to understand it before we write a proposal.
Today we serve 12 communities across the Inland Empire, from Corona and Riverside to Rancho Cucamonga and Chino Hills. Every project gets a free on-site estimate, a permitted build, and a final inspection before we close the job. That has been our standard since day one, and it has not changed.
You get a written proposal with a fixed scope and price before any work begins. No surprise line items added after the crew shows up, and no pressure to upgrade materials once the job is underway.
Every project goes through the full permit process. We pull the permit, handle the inspections, and give you the documentation when the job is complete. That protects your home legally and makes it easier to sell down the road.
We know Norco's clay soils, the City of Norco permit process, HOA rules in newer developments, and how equestrian lots are laid out. That knowledge shows up in every estimate and every build - not just on the contract.

Norco Deck & Fence holds a current contractor license issued by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). You can verify our license number directly at cslb.ca.gov before you hire us - we encourage it.
We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage on every project. We provide proof of insurance before any work starts. If something goes wrong on the job, you are protected.
